AI-first marketing agency
Compete with companies ten times your size.
Big brands don't beat you on ideas. They beat you on headcount: a strategist, a media buyer, someone writing content every week, someone else watching the numbers. We give you that team, run by marketers, with AI doing the work that used to take six people.
No ad tags found on the page we read. It may still be firing through a tag manager, so we have left it unscored.
The real gap
It was never about the ideas.
The competitor with the slick ads and the top Google spot probably isn't smarter than you. They've got people. Someone whose entire job is the ad account. Someone else publishing every week. A third person checking what actually worked.
You've got a business to run, and whatever's left of Tuesday.
Nobody owns the numbers
You can't tell which half of the marketing is working, so you keep paying for both.
Content stops when you get busy
And the algorithm notices weeks before your customers do.
The ad account drifts
Nobody has looked at the targeting since the day it was set up.
Enquiries go cold
Someone asks on Friday evening. They hear back Monday, if the inbox gets read.
What we do
One team, the whole marketing function.
Take all of it, or the one piece that's costing you most. The audit tells you which.
Strategy and measurement
What to do next, in what order, and proof afterwards that it moved something.
Content that keeps running
Social, blog and email that keep going the week you get busy.
Paid campaigns
Meta and Google, built around a conversion you can actually see in the data.
Websites that convert
Speed, search and the path from landing on a page to getting in touch.
Follow-up and CRM
Every enquiry answered, qualified and chased without you remembering to.
Local and search visibility
Google Business Profile, reviews and the searches people near you actually type.
AI-first, not AI-flavoured
You can watch the machine work.
Plenty of agencies say AI-powered and mean somebody uses ChatGPT in the back office. Ours runs in front of you, on your own website, before you have paid us anything.
We scan, before you pay anything
Put in your website. Our scanner reads the live page: Core Web Vitals, meta and schema, sitemap and robots, the tags, the social links. No form-and-wait, no human writing it up overnight.
We show you the gap
Claude reads the scan and writes it up, ranked by effort against impact, so the first thing you see is the shortest route to a difference.
Marketers do the work
The system finds it. People fix it. Everything that ships is built and checked by someone who has run this for real clients, because a model still can't ring a supplier or sit in a shoot.
We keep score
The same scan runs again every month, so the number either moves or we have something to answer for.
Where the scan can't see something, it says so. A tag missing from the page we read might still be firing through a tag manager, so we report what we found on the page and leave the rest unscored.
Who's behind it
An agency first. The software came after.
OnOur comes out of Byter, a London agency running marketing for hospitality and local brands. We built these systems because we needed them ourselves: the same audit, the same reporting, the same follow-up, running across every client without adding a person each time.
OnOur is that stack, opened up to businesses that were never going to buy an agency retainer.

Questions worth asking us
What makes this different from any other agency saying "AI-powered"?
Ours runs where you can see it. The free audit is the same engine we use internally: it fetches your site live and scores what it finds. Most "AI-powered" marketing is a person using ChatGPT in the back office, which is fine, but it is not something you can point at.
Are you replacing marketers with software?
No. The software does the reading, the scoring and the first draft, which is the part that used to eat a junior's week. Decisions and delivery stay with people who have run campaigns before.
How small is too small?
If you have a website and customers who find you online, the audit is worth running. Our productised work starts at £297, so you don't need a retainer budget to start.
Do I have to commit to a monthly fee?
No. Most people start with a fixed-scope piece of work, see what it does, and go monthly only if it earns it.
Who actually does the work?
The same team behind Byter, a London agency running marketing for hospitality and local brands. OnOur is where that work gets productised so smaller businesses can afford it.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website address. That is enough for the audit. For anything we deliver, we will ask for access to the accounts we are working in, never your passwords.
Find out what they're doing that you aren't.
The audit takes a few minutes, costs nothing, and you keep the report either way.
